You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use Al Yaqeen. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organization to these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account activity.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and checkout.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Prices may change without notice. Taxes, fees, and currency conversions are your responsibility. We may suspend access to digital goods if payment disputes arise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with app operations or security features.
  • Use the app for fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Resell or redistribute digital products without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Al Yaqeen are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers

Al Yaqeen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that digital products will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Yaqeen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your home jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local legislation.
